We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead the implementation of a major Digital Experience Platform (DXP) transformation, working with a systems integration partner and cross-functional Technology, Digital, Marketing, Data, Cyber Security and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of CMS, CMP, DAM and Opal AI.
n
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and governance.
n
- Coordinate internal teams, systems integrators, vendors and digital agencies.
n
- Oversee platform configuration, integrations, content and asset migration, testing and deployment.
n
- Ensure security, data governance, accessibility and responsible AI requirements are addressed.
n
- Lead go-live, operational readiness, hypercare and transition to BAU.
n
- Provide clear reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

About You:

- Proven experience delivering complex digital, technology or platform implementations.
n
- Experience with DXP, CMS, DAM, CMP, marketing technology or customer-facing digital platforms.
n
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, risk, commercial and project governance skills.
n
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, data, cyber security and enterprise technology environments.
n
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
n
- Pragmatic, resilient and outcome-focused.
n
