About the Role:

n

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Strata Manager to join our team in Port Stephens.

n

In this role, you'll manage a diverse, long-standing portfolio of residential, commercial, and holiday-let strata schemes while building strong relationships with owners, committees, contractors, and key stakeholders.

n

- Manage the day-to-day operations of strata and community properties, including budgeting, maintenance and repairs, and meetings.
n
- Ensure compliance with strata legislation and bylaws.
n




- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
n
- Chair and facilitate AGMs, EGMs, and committee meetings professionally and effectively.
n
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across your portfolio.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive portfolio management.

What you will need to be successful:

n

n
- A current eligible NSW Class 2 Strata Managing Agent License
n
- Proven experience managing a strata or body corporate portfolio independently.
n
- A solid working knowledge of strata legislation and the confidence to apply it in real-world situations.
n
- Excellent meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Sound financial capability, with confidence in explaining budgets and financial impacts to owners.
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strata management software
n
- Permanent residency in Australia.
n
