Job Description

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face and proactive voice of the agency—connecting with clients both in person and over the phone. This position blends front-desk administrationwithoutbound client engagement, ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building and wants to grow into aclient-facing sales or property management rolein real estate. Key Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional front-of-house experience to clients, tenants, and landlords. Handle inbound phone calls with professionalism and accuracy. Conductoutbound callsto prospective clients, tenants, and landlords to assist with property inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service follow-ups.

Build rapport and maintain ongoing relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Provide administrative support to the Property Management and Sales teams. Maintain a well-presented reception area and uphold the agency’s professional image.





Contribute to the continuous improvement of client communication and service processes. Qualifications & Experience Robust communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.

Prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles is advantageous. Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging in professional client conversations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new CRM platforms.

Reliable, well-presented, and a solid team player with excellent attention to detail. Growth Path This role is designed as alaunching pad toward a client-interacting careerin real estate.
