About the role

n

The Controlling Manager is responsible for leading the financial controlling activities, ensuring robust financial governance, transparency and operational support. The role provides leadership across month-end closing, forecasting and budgeting, costing and variance management, investment and asset management, planning cycles and performance evaluation processes, audit coordination, treasury-related activities and continuous process optimisation. As the SAP CO Key User and primary Finance partner to the manufacturing.

Controlling Manager will play a critical role in driving financial discipline,



supporting operational performance and enabling informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Lead MEC, forecasting, and budgeting processes and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and planning deliverables.
n
- Lead product costing activities, variance analysis and measures tracking.
n
- Manage capital investment controlling, asset (incl. lease) governance.
n
- Lead Advanced Financial Posting Design and Process Governance.
n
- Lead internal and external audits.
n
- Support treasury governance, cash flow oversight and treasury-related reporting activities.
n
- Act as site SAP CO subject matter expert and drive system governance, integrity and improvements.
n
- Serve as the primary Finance interface to Manufacturing.

About you

n

n
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
n
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A; or Auditing within a manufacturing environment.
n
- Solid experience in month-end closing, Forecast, Budget, Auditing, product cost structure and SAP settlement management.
n
- Proficient experience with SAP FI/CO (or equivalent EPR).
n
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
n
- Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management.
n
- Experience in costing and investment management is advantageous.
n
- CPA, CA or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous.
n
- Power BI or equivalent reporting platforms is advantageous.
