Fitter – Level 4 | Hydraulic Experience

n

We're seeking a highly skilled Fitter – Level 4 with strong hydraulic experience to join our client's team in Pakenham, VIC.

n

This is a hands-on role for an experienced fitter who can confidently diagnose, maintain, repair and troubleshoot complex hydraulic and mechanical systems with minimal supervision.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Diagnose, repair and maintain hydraulic and mechanical systems
n
- Troubleshoot complex hydraulic faults and machinery issues
n
- Install and commission hydraulic components and equipment
n
- Read and interpret hydraulic and mechanical drawings
n
- Carry out preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
n




- Perform fitting, assembly and mechanical repair work
n
- Identify faults and recommend appropriate repairs
n
- Work independently and support other trades where required
n
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
n
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
n

About You:

n

n
- Extensive experience as a Fitter – Level 4
n
- Strong hydraulic experience is essential
n
- Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems, components and fault finding
n
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
n
- Confident reading hydraulic and mechanical drawings
n
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
n
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to safety
