We are looking for a Site Manager experienced in running multiple projectsto add to our supervisory team.

n

The scope of this role includes;

n

n
- Overseeing up to 6 projects at any one time including scheduling, client liaison, trade liaison, site management and more
n
- Keeping clients informed on construction progress and updates
n
- Being in charge of your own sites, however, still being part of a high performing supportive team
n
- Being the onsite face of the company and managing the quality of the finished product throughout the entire process
n
- We would love for you to have an interest in Energy Efficient building, building science and have a passion for delivering the best possible result for clients!
n
- You will have experience in a low to mid size residential construction company ideally experienced in all facets of construction,



a willingness to learn and produce great results.

- Know the building code and know how to identify site non compliance

- Ensuring projects are completed to contract guidelines, on time and within budget

- Monitoring, scheduling and tracking project progress
n
- Willingness to work on the tools on occasion to get the job done
n
- Planning work activities and quality checks
n
- Completing quality assurance on the job
n
- Organising trades and materials to ensure maximum productivity
n
- Ensure safety policy and procedures on site
n
- Very comfortable using technology, and an ability to learn new software and apps quickly. Ability to troubleshoot a huge bonus (we do provide training in our software)
