Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with developers, support analysts, and business analysts to review and refine requirements, develop and execute test plans, manage defects, track, and report progress, and escalated issues to the Test Lead when necessary.

Skills & Experience Required

n

n
- 6-12 months of hands-on experience writing BDD/Cucumber feature files
n
- 8-10 years of total QA experience, with a robust focus on manual testing
n
- Experience in Financial Services, ideally Capital Markets (3-5 years preferred)
n
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies in a structured environment
n
- Proven experience across system, system integration, regression,



end-to-end, and parallel testing
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Familiarity with messaging protocols such as FpML, SWIFT, or FIX is highly desirable
