Pre-Delivery Team Leader

We're looking for a hands-on Pre-Delivery Team Leader to join our team in Bundoora, Victoria, leading our Pre-Delivery Technicians and helping ensure equipment is prepared accurately, efficiently and ready for our customers.

n

The Role

n

This is a hands-on team leadership role where you'll coordinate national pre-delivery work, manage technician workloads and make sure equipment is checked, tested and completed to a high standard before it leaves us.

n

You'll work closely with Sales Operations, the Warehouse team and technical teams to manage priorities, resolve issues and keep jobs moving.

n

You'll also be expected to roll up your sleeves and support the team with pre-delivery work when required.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Lead, coach and support the Pre-Delivery Technician team
n
- Allocate and prioritise pre-delivery work orders
n
- Manage daily workloads and resolve team escalations
n
- Ensure equipment, software and licensing are ready for each job
n
- Maintain quality, accuracy and timely completion of pre-delivery work
n
- Work closely with Sales Operations and Warehouse teams across Australia
n
- Review completed work and maintain strong quality standards
n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, team capability and efficiency
n
- Support the team with hands-on pre-delivery work when required
n

The PD also places a strong focus on team coaching,



workload management, quality checking and continuous improvement.

n

About You

You're an organised and practical team leader who enjoys keeping people focused and work moving.

- Experience leading or coordinating a technical, warehouse, service or operations team
n
- Strong organisation and workload management skills
n
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
n
- Strong attention to detail and quality
n
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- A hands-on approach and willingness to support the team when needed
n
- Good computer skills and confidence working with business systems
n
- A continuous improvement mindset
n

A background in electronics or IT will be highly regarded.
