Provide timely and accurate costing information on request enabling analysis, review and insights contributing company performance.

Provide product costs for both internal and external customers

n

Update and maintain finished product and component costs in SAP

n

Working closely with Finance Manager in the provision of timely and accurate production variance reporting to Senior management and Corporate reporting requirements.

n

Completion the Annual Standard Costing and Plan process along with calculating standards for new products as they arise throughout the year.

ROLE SUMMARY

Provide LEs (Latest Best Estimates) for production variances (MUV, PPV)

n

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
- Support and provide detailed analysis relating to Direct Labor, Monthly Full Time. Fixed Term and Casual Employees, and WIP.
n
- Plan/ Latest Best Estimates Vs Actual Production Throughput and Variance Forecasts.
n
- Overhead recovery analysis by Molecule & production stage.
n
- Provide Weekly plan vs Actual monthly output reporting and analysis by SKU & Molecule.
n
- Provide data relating to WIP, MDFs, and Manufacturing Variances.
n




- Perform Ad-hoc Costing Analysis duties.
n
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting of Material Usage & Purchase Price Variance (MUV & PPV) Both Month & YTD.
n
- Serve as back-up to support and assist in the preparation of Month end including headcount reporting, RIDS and Inventory reserve.
