Now hiring – Training Assistant (Dubbo, NSW)

HMC Group Solutions is expanding our team in Dubbo and looking for a Training Assistant to support our growing delivery scope across construction, safety and industry training.

n

This position is ideal for someone with solid industry experience, whether that's construction, mining, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare or another trade who's interested in stepping into the VET sector.

n

You'll work alongside qualified Trainers & Assessors, assisting with course setup, equipment preparation, participant support and day-to-day training activities, while gaining exposure to nationally recognised training delivery.

Key requirements:

n

n
- Industry experience in any field (construction, mining, logistics, healthcare, etc.)
n
- Interest in vocational education and safety training
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n




- Willingness to work towards a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116, or equivalent)
n
- Reliability, initiative and a strong work ethic
n
