We are looking for a passionate Centre Director / Centre Manager / Nominated Supervisor to lead an early learning service in Parramatta.

As the Centre Director, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the service, including:

n

Leading and mentoring educators and Room Leaders

n

Managing daily operations, staffing, and centre performance

n

Maintaining NQF,



NQS and regulatory compliance

n

Supporting EYLF implementation and quality educational practice

n

Leading the Quality Improvement Plan and Assessment & Rating preparation

n

Building strong relationships with families and the local community

n

Supporting enrolments, occupancy, and team engagement

n

You may currently be a:

n

You will ideally have:

n

Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care

n

Previous leadership experience within an early learning or childcare service

n

Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, EYLF and compliance

n

Confident team leadership and communication skills

n

A hands-on, organised, and solutions-focused approach

n

A genuine passion for developing educators and delivering quality outcomes for children
