About the Role /n

We are looking for experienced IT Support Engineers / End User Computing (EUC) Engineers to join our client's team in Australia.

/n

The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities /n

/n

- Provide Level 1/Level 2 IT support to end users.

/n

- Troubleshoot Windows, desktop, laptop, application, and peripheral issues.

/n

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.

/n

- Support Microsoft Office 365 and common enterprise applications.

/n

- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access-related issues.

/n

- Troubleshoot network connectivity, printers, VPN, and other end-user issues.

/n

- Log, update, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.

/n

- Escalate complex technical issues to relevant Level 2/Level 3 teams.

/n

- Perform hardware/software installations,



upgrades, and replacements.

/n

- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and IT assets.

/n

- Provide professional and customer-focused support to users.

/n

Requirements /n

/n

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Support / End User Computing (EUC).

/n

- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

/n

- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, hardware, and peripherals.

/n

- Experience with ticketing/service management tools.

/n

- Valuable understanding of basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting.

/n

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

/n

- English proficiency at C1 level.

/n

- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical support team.

/n

- Immediate availability is highly preferred.

/n

/n
