Are you passionate about health, fitness, and helping others become the best version of themselves? Elite Supplements is looking for an energetic, customer-focused retail leader to run our Indooroopilly store.

What You'll Do

- Lead a team and drive sales to exceed targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine connections
- Coach and develop your staff to perform at their best
- Share your knowledge of sports nutrition and supplements (don't worry—we'll train you!)
- Manage rosters, stock and merchandising to keep the store performing and looking fresh
- Take ownership of your store's results

What We're Looking For

- Retail leadership experience — you've run a store or a team before




- A track record of hitting and beating sales targets
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others
- Strong communication skills and adaptable availability (including weekends)
- Supplement knowledge is a big plus, but we'll back the right leader
- Willingness to travel between stores when required
