About the Role

n

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and referrers, playing a vital role in creating a positive and professional experience from the moment patients walk through our doors.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Greeting and assisting patients, referrers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
n
- Managing appointment bookings and scheduling
n
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
n
- Processing patient registrations and maintaining accurate records
n
- Managing referrals and administrative documentation
n
- Liaising with Radiologists, Sonographers, Radiographers, and other healthcare professionals
n
- Supporting the smooth day‐to‐day operation of the clinic
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service and patient care
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in a reception, administration, or customer service role
n
- Medical reception experience (highly regarded but not essential)
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong organisational and time‐management abilities
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Proficiency in computer systems and administrative processes
n
- A positive, professional, and patient‐focused attitude
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
