Styleprint is a large printing company based in Kilsyth, VIC. We are currently seeking experienced Pick/Pack Team Leaders to join our busy and fast‐paced warehouse team on a full‐time basis.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of packers to ensure daily workflow targets are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.

Pick / Pack Team Leader – Warehouse

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of packers to ensure daily workflow targets are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.

Key Duties

n

Your team will be responsible for:

n

n
- Picking and packing Point of Sale (POS) campaigns
n
- Pre‐collating printed items into campaign sets
n
- Pre‐collating hardware into sets
n
- Rolling posters for tube packaging
n
- Strapping, wrapping and palletising cartons
n




- Assembling packaging materials including cartons and capping tubes
n

n

As the Team Leader, you will ensure:

n

n
- Accurate picking and packing in line with pick lists
n
- Stock quantities and items are correct before dispatch
n
- Team members are working efficiently and safely
n

n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a fast‐paced warehouse environment, along with:

n

n
- Proven team leader or supervisory experience
n
- RF scanning experience
n
- Strong picking and packing background
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
- Strong problem‐solving skills
n
- A current forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
n
- Full working rights in Australia (citizenship or valid work visa)
n

Hours & Employment

n

This is a full‐time position, with standard hours generally between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
