About the Role

n

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Retail Bottleshop Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy bottleshop. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving sales, managing stock, maintaining compliance, and developing a customer-focused team. Reporting directly to venue management, you'll have the autonomy to take ownership of the retail operation while ensuring exceptional customer service and strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all daily bottleshop operations
n
- Lead, train, and develop the retail team
n
- Drive sales and maximise revenue opportunities
n
- Oversee stock control, ordering, receiving, and inventory management
n
- Maintain attractive merchandising and promotional displays
n
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
n
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and venue procedures
n
- Manage rostering and labour costs
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service and community engagement
n
- Maintain a safe, clean,



and professional retail environment

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience managing a bottleshop, liquor retail store, or similar retail operation
n
- Strong stock control and inventory management experience
n
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
n
- Strong commercial awareness and sales focus
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
n
- A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside your team
n
- Sound understanding of liquor compliance requirements
n

Essential Requirements

- Current RSA Certificate
n
- Previous retail liquor management experience
n
- Strong understanding of inventory and stock systems
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Current driver's licence preferred
n
