We are looking for an experienced Factory Managerto join our busy manufacturing plant in Campbellfield.
n This is a permanent position for someone with a robust background in fabrication and manufacturing with good design knowledge, who is confident managing staff, production and the day-to-day running of a factory.

Your main responsibilities will include:

n

- Managing the day-to-day running of the factory
n
- Supervising and managing factory staff
n
- Planning and managing production
n
- Ensuring jobs are completed on time and to a high standard
n
- Reading and understanding technical drawings
n
- Working with the design and production teams
n
- Managing materials and workflow
n
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained
n
- Helping solve day-to-day production issues
n

About YouThe successful candidate will have:

- Previous experience in a Factory Manager or similar role
n
- Strong fabrication and manufacturing experience
n
- Experience managing a production team
n
- Good understanding of fabrication processes
n
- Ability to read technical drawings
n
- AutoDesk or design experience is required
n
- Good communication and organisational skills
n
- A hands-on approach to managing a busy factory
n
