Contracts & Procurement Advisor

Location: Frankston, VIC

Rate: $63 per hour + Super

Contract: 8-Week Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts & Procurement Advisor to provide short-term leave coverage within a local government organisation based in Frankston. This is a hands-on role supporting procurement and contract management activities, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, tendering requirements, and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide advice and support across procurement and tendering activities
- Assist with contract administration, monitoring, and compliance
- Support tender evaluations and associated documentation
- Ensure procurement processes align with internal policies and legislative requirements
- Build solid relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and deliver best value outcomes

About You





- Demonstrated experience in procurement, contracts administration, or tender management
- Strong knowledge of procurement governance and compliance requirements
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
- Experience within Local Government or another highly regulated environment will be highly regarded
