The Beauty Advisor supports and drives store goals through genuine customer connections and exceptional customer service. Work is conducted in a Pharmacy/Retail store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Be actively involved in an inspirational shopping experience
- Be present on the shop floor
- Provide beauty and wellbeing advice
- Build community reputation
- Support escalated beauty queries
- Manage inventory integrity of beauty products
- Explain advantages of the Pulse Rewards program and encourage sign-ups
- Ensure membership is used with every transaction and details are kept up to date for existing Pulse Rewards members
- Maintain knowledge of beauty trends
- Execute cosmetic and skincare application techniques
About you
- Victorian Certificate of Education or equivalent
- Technical capability in cosmetics/skincare
- Infectious energy and drive
- Growth mindset
- Customer-focused approach
- Available Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
