Due to a large workbook and significant business growth, Stowe Australia one of Australia's largest Electrical & Communications Contractors, is seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Construction team.

This role is responsible for managing large construction teams and projects in the Melbourne area.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Management of design and drafting processes - note this is management of this process, and not completion of design and drafting directly
n
- Management of procurement, and major supplier and subcontractor orders
n
- Management of variation pricing and financial KPIs and outcomes
n
- Management of onsite office management team, and frontline construction teams
n
- Ensure all works comply with HSEQ systems and client requirements

- Work closely with clients, site teams, suppliers and subcontractors
n

About You

n

n
- Large Commercial Electrical and Communication Project Management experience
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Solid leadership and mentoring skills
n
- Organised, self-motivated and driven in fast paced environments
n
- Unrestricted A grade Electrical Licence (optional)
n
