1. 30am start - finishing at 4pm except Fridays which is a 2pm finish.

Here's a snapshot of your day: /n

/n

- This role will perform general electrical preventive maintenance and corrective repair of assets and building systems across our client sites.

/n

- As well as day to day maintenance support this role will work with the maintenance planner and the technicians to include the day-to-day planning, implementation, coordination and management of our technical resources including the development of service programs to support our client's requirements.

/n

- Perform assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance and complete maintenance and repair records

/n

- Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems

/n

- Review assigned work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete repair.

/n

- Order necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.

/n

- Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems.

/n





- Inspect new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

/n

- Maintain lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.

/n

- Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

/n

- Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety

/n

The Ideal Candidate /n

/n

- Experience in repairs and Maintenance of electrical assets and systems ideally within the commercial sector

/n

- Critical environment experience would be advantageous

/n

- Experience in Testing and Inspection of assets and systems

/n

- Relevant and valid OH&S; cards

/n

- Strong understanding of AS 3001

/n

- Valid Driver's License

/n
