Stanmore Resources is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our South Walker Creek mine site on a full time basis (9 day fortnight). Reporting to the HR Superintendent, this senior, hands-on role provides end-to-end HR partnership to site leaders and shapes workforce strategy on site.

You'll engage with workforce planning, organisational design, employee relations and performance management, lead change initiatives and mentor the HR team to deliver practical, commercially-aligned HR
