Female Support Worker Mental Health Experience Required

Location: Dee Why, NSW
Shift Schedule: Monday to Sunday (6-hour shifts)
Hours: 9:30 AM 2:30 PM
Employment Type: Casual / Ongoing Support

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Support Worker to provide support to a participant located in Dee Why, NSW.

This is an excellent prospect for support workers with a strong background in mental health and experience supporting participants with complex needs.

Key Requirements
Female Support Worker (participant preference)
Previous experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions
Experience working with high-risk participants
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain professional boundaries and provide person-centred support
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
