A proud family run business with over 120 staff across 2 sites (Maryborough/Woodend), we pride ourselves in our quality, innovative approach to design and manufacturing processes, using Australian made steel and products as well as continued product improvement and a safety-first approach.

We are on the lookout for self-starter Welders who has high standards in their work and work area.

Responsibilities of the Role:
Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and measurements
Selecting appropriate welding equipment and methods
Welding components in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead)
Inspecting and testing welds to ensure structural integrity
Finishing products through grinding, polishing, and cleaning to achieve high-quality results




Operating hand and power tools competently
Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work setting

Qualifications for the Role:
Minimum 3 years’ full time experience in industrial welding and fabrication
Trade qualification in Welding or similar (desirable)
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
Solid understanding of welding processes and safety compliance
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team

The ideal candidate will receive a salary within the range of $75,000 to $85,000 annually.
