The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the business. Working closely with the directors, management team & project staff, the successful candidate will help ensure our office systems, project documentation and financial administration are managed accurately and efficiently. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in being highly organised and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain electronic filing systems and records
- Prepare and issue company correspondence and documents
- Assist with document control and project administration
- Coordinate meetings and maintain office schedules
- Support management with various administrative tasks
- Track & maintain employee tickets & compliance documentation
- Assist with coordinating the usage and implementation of NEO software across the business
- Coordinate payroll functions within NEO software
- Assist with review & approval of daily timesheets
- Review and prepare payroll files on a weekly basis
- Assist with monthly & quarterly reporting requirements for redundancy / LSL schemes
- Process supplier invoices / import to accounting software
- Assist with account payable functions
- Assist with monthly reconciling of accounts
