Youwillworkdirectlywithbusinessowners,manageanestablishedclientportfolioandprovideadvicethathelpsclientsmakeinformeddecisionsandachievetheirbusinessgoals.

Key Responsibilities

- Managingandstrengtheninglong-termrelationshipswithanestablishedportfolioofbusinessclients
- Actingasatrustedadviserandkeypointofcontactforclientaccountingandadvisoryneeds
- Providingpracticalandcommerciallyfocusedbusinessadvice
- Reviewingfinancialperformanceandidentifyingopportunitiesforimprovement




- Supportingbusinessownerswithplanning,cashflowmanagementandforecasting
- Providingguidanceontaxstrategiesandbroaderbusinessmatters
- Overseeingaccountingandtaxationcompliancework
- Reviewingclientrequirementsandensuringahighstandardofprofessionalservice
- Identifyingproactivesolutionsthatsupportclientgrowthandbusinessobjectives
- Collaboratingwithinternalteamstodeliveraccurateandtimelyoutcomes

Requirements & Eligibility

- Minimum3–5yearsofpublicpracticeaccountingexperience
- CAorCPAqualification
- Provenexperiencemanagingbusinessclientsanddevelopingprofessionalrelationships
- Strongbusinessadvisoryandcommercialskills
- Excellentcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementabilities
- Confidenceworkingdirectlywithbusinessownersandseniordecision-makers
- Strongknowledgeofaccountingandtaxationcompliancerequirements
- Aproactive,client-focusedandsolutions-orientedapproach
- Australianworkexperiencewillbehighlyregarded
