About The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Events Specialist to join the Elite Eleven Marketing Team, working closely with our Events Lead and Events Specialist to bring our retail network to life through engaging in store events and activations. With a growing network of stores across Australia, this role will have a strong focus on creating reasons for our community to visit, engage with and experience Elite Eleven in store. You’ll be hands on across everything from monthly retail activations and store openings to supporting larger brand events, launches and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute in store activations across our growing retail network
- Develop and manage a strategy to deliver 1–2 impactful in-store activations each month across different locations in Australia
- Conceptualise unique activation ideas for store openings that reflect the Elite Eleven brand and drive customer engagement
- Work closely with the Events Lead and Retail teams to coordinate activation logistics and execution
- Assist with event logistics including suppliers, catering, signage, equipment and collateral
- Coordinate activation timelines, run sheets, checklists and key deliverables




- Liaise with stores and internal teams to ensure activations are communicated and executed effectively
- Assist with on the day event set up, execution and pack down
- Identify opportunities to drive foot traffic, customer engagement and memorable in store experiences
- Assist the Events Team across larger brand events when required
- Review event and activation performance and identify opportunities to continually elevate the in store experience
- Keep event documentation, budgets and supplier information organised and up to date

About You

- 1–2 years of experience in events, retail, marketing, activations or a similar role is preferred
- Passionate about creating memorable customer and brand experiences
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Creative and always thinking about new ways to bring a brand to life
- Proactive and willing to get involved in every aspect of an activation
- Confident communicating with store teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple activations, tasks and deadlines at once
- Comfortable being hands-on with event set-up, execution and pack-down
- A team player who is happy to jump in and help wherever needed
- Willing to travel across our retail network when required
