About the role
We're searching for a passionate Retail Assistant to join our team at Priceline Pharmacy Forest Hill in Forest Hill, VIC. This is a full time role where you'll play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming, organised store environment. You'll be mainly looking after cosmetics and skincare.
What you'll be doing
Assisting customers with their product inquiries and purchases
Restocking and merchandising shelves to ensure an attractive and well-presented store
Operating the cash register and processing customer transactions accurately
Maintaining excellent store cleanliness and organisation
Providing a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable customer experience
Collaborating with the team to achieve store targets and objectives
What we’re looking for
Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a pharmacy or health & beauty environment. Prior cosmetics training will be preferable.
A friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude when interacting with customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
A passion for providing exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, must be available to work weekends
