Hazelbrook Cellars is looking for an energetic, motivated and people-focused Retail Store Manager to join our team and lead an established, high-performing store.

n

As Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the continued success of the store, working alongside our dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service, a diverse and always evolving range, and achieve to a high standard.

About this Role

n

This is ahands-on leadership rolewhere you'll be actively involved on the shop floor, leading by example and creating genuine relationships with our customers.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Leading, motivating and supporting a dedicated retail team
n
- Creating an exceptional customer experience with building strong and lasting customer relationships.
n
- Ensuring swift resolution to issues as they arise
n
- Maintaining clear, positive and affective communication across both stores
n
- Calculating margin and percentages.
n
- Cash handing
n
- Staying up to date with industry standards, market development and retail best practice. To drive sales and achieve store targets.
n
- Completing the Licensee certification
n




- Day to day running and future planning of the liquor store
n

About You

n

n
- Current RSA and RSAT
n
- Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated
n
- Committed to using positive product knowledge to provide helpful, accurate advice to customers
n
- Confident communicating with customers and team members
n
- An ability to work independently or as a member of a team
n
- Demonstrates a solution-based approach to the working environment, conflict resolution and leadership.
n
- Organised, reliable and able to take ownership
n
- Confident using Microsoft word, Excel, google drive and have a sound knowledge of computing.
n
- In positive health and is able to lift up to 20kgs repetitively
n
- Be willing and able to work weekends and nights until 9.30pm
n
- Current fork lift truck licence
n
- 5 years retail experience
n
- Knowledge of ShopFront Point Of Sale System
n
