A$130k base + A$60k OTE

The Opportunity

A growing B2B SaaS business is looking for a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of strategic and enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll be joining an established SaaS team and managing strategic accounts, with a clear focus on customer retention, revenue growth and expanding existing relationships.

What you’ll be doing

- Own a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts across Australia and New Zealand
- Build solid relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level decision makers
- Own renewals and drive strong customer retention
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop strategic account plans to maximise customer value and revenue growth
- Understand customer objectives and identify opportunities to introduce additional solutions




- Act as a senior point of contact for customers and a go-to person for the wider Account Management team
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and other internal teams
- Travel across Australia and New Zealand to meet clients

What they’re looking for

- Proven experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts within a B2B SaaS/software business
- A strong track record across renewals, upselling and cross-selling
- Experience managing a sizeable portfolio of complex customers
- Confidence building relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Strong commercial and account growth skills
- Experience within a medium-sized SaaS or software business rather than a large corporate environment
- Someone who can operate strategically while still being hands-on commercially
