Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Fleet Controller is responsible for the day-to-day planning, scheduling and coordination of fleet movements, drivers and trailing equipment within our Construction Division.

Based at our Brooklyn depot, you'll hit the ground running. You will manage customer bookings, optimise equipment utilisation, coordinate loading and unloading activities, and ensure effective communication between drivers, customers and internal teams. You'll also support compliance, reporting and administration requirements, including driver run sheets, vehicle documentation and maintenance records, while helping maintain a safe and efficient operation.





This is a Fixed Term 3-month Contract, where you will be working a full-time Monday to Friday roster with some flexibility around start and finish times. This is your chanceto join a high-performing team and grow your career within a respected Australian transport business.

What You’ll Need:

2+ years' fleet allocation & load planning experience

Construction/heavy haulage scheduling experience (preferred)

Strong safety focus and communication skills

Analytical & problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Forklift Licence (preferred, not essential)
