The Role
The position of Manager, Social & Emotional Wellbeing forms part of Wathaurong’s operational management team providing management and oversight of allocated programs within the Social & Emotional divisions of the Health Unit. The position works under strategic direction from the Executive Manager-Health Services to implement operational aspects of service strategy and policy. The position provides effective management to achieve and exceed service and program performance and delivery targets that reflect the social and cultural needs of the community.
