About the Role

n

We are seeking aWarehouse Operator / Spare Parts Traineeresponsible for coordinating and executing daily warehouse and spare parts operations. This role ensuresthe efficient receipt,storageand dispatch of parts, whilemaintaininghigh standardsof safety,accuracyand service.

n

You will work closely with the Warehouse and Workshop teams and contribute tomaintainingstrong inventory control and customer service outcomes.

n

Key Accountabilities

n

n
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
n




- Ensure compliance with National Heavy Vehicle Law and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations
n
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup, including loading, packing, labelling and dispatch
n
- Receive, unload and process incoming stock, including containers and crates
n
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock control processes
n
- Perform inventory checks and support audit requirements
n
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
n
- Conduct pre-start checks and operate warehouse equipment safely
n
- Report discrepancies, damagesor stock issues promptly
n
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner
n
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
n
- Assist with phone, email and face-to-face inquiries relating to parts and orders
n

Skills andExperience

n

n
- Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
n
- Familiarity with warehousing processes and safe work practices
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks
n
- Forklift licence (desirable)
n
- Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
n
