We are looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to help expand our services and build strong community partnerships.

About the Role

As our Business Development Officer, you will identify new business opportunities, develop referral networks, and promote our NDIS services throughout the community.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Allied Health professionals, hospitals, GPs, aged care providers, and community organizations.
- Generate new participant referrals and business opportunities.




- Represent the organization at networking events and community expos.
- Follow up enquiries and support participant onboarding.
- Develop marketing initiatives and assist with social media promotion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and referral data.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business growth targets.

About You

- Experience in business development, sales, community engagement, or the disability sector.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of the NDIS is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Current Working with Children Check (if required).
- National Police Check.
