Client Service Associate / Private wealth assistant

This is a great opportunity for a career orientated market professional to join a well-established tier one wealth management organisation as a Client Service Associate on an initial 12-month contract with the view to permanency.
Dealing with Ultra high net worth clients and very intelligent colleagues, our client is keen to meet with individuals who have had one to three plus years’ experience in stockbroking / Financial Planning / client service / operations or are currently a Client Service Associate/ Advisor assistant looking for a new opportunity. Supporting 4 Senior UHNW advisors, this is a mature and very busy desk. This role has a positive mix of administration, on-boarding, transitions, and client service-related duties, will be involved in corporate deals, client meetings, operational functions, training and support will be provided. This is a high performing desk and are keen to partner with client centric and driven candidates.





- Degree Qualified: Finance, Commerce, Accounting or Business essential
- Exceptional client service focus
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Display a high level of resilience and strong ability to prioritise tasks
- Goal-oriented with demonstrated drive and initiative
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of domestic and international markets is desirable
- Experience within wealth management, financial planning or professional services
- RG146 Preferred
