We are recruiting F&B; rock stars for the upcoming spring racing calendar. Experience is essential with a preference given to staff who can work all 4 race days at Flemington. If this sounds like you then read on !

Wait Staff, Bar Staff, Supervisors and Baristas (The Below will be tested during the on-barding session)

- Ability to carry drinks trays and 2 bottle service
- 5 plate clear
- 3 plate carry
- Current RSA Certificate for VIC
- Uniform of black straight legged trousers, black closed toed shoes, white long sleeved business shirt, black tie, black sock (or be willing to purchase)
