Based at our Thornton Head Office, you'll work closely with our trades and administration teams managing, coordinating and invoicing maintenance works for specific customers.

The position is for approximately 20 hours per week and commences October 2026.

Key responsibilities

Allocate, manage and monitor property maintenance works for specific clients in accordance with contractual requirements.

Organisation and co-ordination of workflow for employees and contractors to ensure that works meet customer requirements and timeframes.

Managing changes to works, variations and additional works.

Compliance procedures including management of site access and contractor inductions to various sites and the administration of the contractor compliance system to ensure that all workers are appropriately qualified and insured to conduct work.

Communicate with a wide range of stakeholders including customers, employees, contractors,



management and internal teams to maintain positive relationships and ensure all works are conducted correctly and in an appropriate and timely manner.

Preparation of quotes, variations to quotes and invoices using Service M8.

Other administrative duties as required within Gabes Head Office to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

About you

Qualifications or experience in property management is desirable

Confident in communicating with clients and different personalities

Solid organisational, problem solving and time management skills

Details focused and ability to meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Myob and Service M8 or other property management software

Positive, professional and a team player
