Prowse Quantity Surveyors is seeking a skilled professional Quantity Surveyor looking to advance their career and access outstanding opportunities for growth and development. We work across a diverse range of industries and our projects include developments within education, residential, aged care, industrial and community facilities. This is an office-based position located in the inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne, and is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications and experience required:

- A recognised degree in Quantity Surveying
- Membership with the AIQS and/or RICS
- Strong measurement skills and experience
- Strong Cost X experience
- Experience using MS Excel
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written





In addition, this role requires:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a professional Quantity Surveyor
- Ability to build and develop client relationships
- An enthusiastic attitude, professional and efficient
- A right to work in Australia
- Full Victorian Drivers License

Tasks and Responsibilities include:

- Preparation of cost plans for each stage of a project
- Client relationship management and liaison
- Processing of progress claims and variations
- Undertake site inspections
