Foster Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Hospitality Staff to join our team on a casual basis. Based in Foster, VIC 3960, this role is perfect for individuals looking for flexible work opportunities in a welcoming golf club setting. You will be at the heart of our hospitality operations, ensuring our members and guests enjoy exceptional service and a memorable experience. Whether you're greeting visitors, serving beverages, or maintaining our facilities, your contribution will be vital to maintaining the high standards Foster Golf Club is known for.

Key responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming members and guests with a warm, professional demeanour

Serving food and beverages in accordance with club standards and health and safety regulations

Taking orders accurately and efficiently, responding promptly to customer requests

Maintaining clean and organised work areas, including bars, dining spaces and function rooms

Operating point-of-sale systems and processing payments accurately

Setting up and clearing tables for service and events

Supporting the preparation and presentation of food and beverages

Assisting with special events and functions as required

Adhering to all club policies, licensing laws and health and safety requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in hospitality, bar or beverage service is highly valued

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele

Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and evenings

Good communication and teamwork abilities





Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of responsible beverage service practices

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or willingness to obtain it

Current RSG (Responsible service of Gaming) certification or willingness to obtain it

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items safely

A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
