Are you an experienced healthcare Operations Manager who enjoys leading teams and improving the way medical centres operate?

We are recruiting an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of five established medical centres within a growing healthcare organisation.

n

This is a hands-on operational leadership role for someone who has proven Operations Manager experience within healthcare and is confident managing multiple sites, supporting Practice Managers and taking ownership of operational performance.

n

Previous experience managing multiple GP clinics is essential for this role.

n

You will be joining an established business where you will have the autonomy to manage your portfolio of centres, develop your Practice Managers and ensure each location is operating effectively.

What you'll be doing

n

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of five medical centres
n
- Lead, support and develop Practice Managers across each location
n
- Monitor performance, KPIs and operational results across your portfolio
n
- Hold Practice Managers accountable and support them with performance issues
n
- Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions
n
- Improve processes, systems and workflows across the centres
n




- Ensure consistency in processes and service standards across all locations
n
- Support workforce planning, staffing and operational requirements
n
- Work closely with Practice Managers to resolve day-to-day challenges
n
- Use reporting and data to identify areas requiring attention
n
- Work closely with senior leadership on operational priorities and business improvements
n
- Build a positive, accountable and high-performing culture across the centres
n

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone who has operated above Practice Manager level and has experience leading multiple GP clinics through their Practice Managers.

n

Ideally, you will bring:

n

- Proven healthcare Operations Manager experience
n
- Previous experience managing multiple GP clinics – essential
n
- Strong understanding of GP and medical centre operations
n
- Experience leading and developing Practice Managers
n
- Robust people and performance management skills
n
- A hands-on approach and ability to take ownership across multiple locations
n
