Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a significant insourcing program, helping understand, document and improve business processes as key activities transition in-house.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead detailed AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping
- Facilitate workshops with business and operational SMEs
- Identify process gaps, hand-offs, dependencies and impacts
- Gather and document business and operational requirements
- Assess impacts across people, process and systems
- Support business readiness and transition activities
- Develop explicit process documentation to support the future operating model

Key Requirements

- Strong Business Analyst experience across transformation or operational change
- Demonstrated strength in process mapping,



modelling and process improvement
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Visio, Signavio, ARIS, BPMN or similar
- Ability to work hands‑on with operational teams and translate complex processes into clear documentation

Highly Regarded

- Utilities or electricity industry experience
- Insourcing, outsourcing or transition program experience
- Operating model or organisational transformation experience
- Experience working across complex operational environments
