About your new role / Key Responsibilities:

- Pay rate of $37.16/hr including casual loading.
- Reliable, physically fit, and able to work outdoors.
- Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm.
- 40 hours per week.
- Collect litter bins from designated park locations.
- Safely operate a compactor truck across assigned areas.
- Complete scheduled park waste collections.
- Operate company vehicles and travel between assigned job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of waste collections and bin infrastructure.
- Use mobile devices for reporting and communication.
- Maintain tools, equipment, uniforms, and PPE.
- Follow all safety procedures, environmental guidelines, and quality standards.
- Complete inspections and report damaged property, hazards, or issues.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ensure all collections are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Potential pathway to permanency and long-term career opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

- MR Driver’s Licence – mandatory.
- Current and valid Driver’s Licence with demonstrated driving experience.
- Previous truck driving experience highly desirable.
- Compactor truck experience desirable but not essential.

- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual outdoor duties.
- Ability to use mobile devices for reporting and communication.
- Strong commitment to safety, environmental standards, and quality.




- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and available to commit to Monday – Friday.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Punctual, professional, and reliable.
