We are looking for a reliable and motivated Kitchen All Rounder to join our busy café and dinner kitchen in Melbourne CBD. You will work closely with our senior kitchen team, assisting with food preparation and service across different sections. Full training will be provided on our menu, recipes and kitchen procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete food preparation and kitchen tasks efficiently and accurately
- Assist different kitchen sections during preparation and service
- Follow instructions, recipes and kitchen procedures
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
- Keep workstations clean, organised and ready for service
- Work effectively as part of a busy kitchen team
- Support the kitchen team wherever required

About you

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to follow instructions accurately




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Willing to learn and develop new skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous commercial kitchen experience is preferred

You don’t need to know everything from day one. We will train you on our menu, systems and different kitchen sections.

What matters most is that you are reliable, willing to learn, work with urgency and take pride in doing things correctly.

Availability

- Full time position
- Minimum 38 hours per week
- Additional hours may be available
- Must be available to work evening shifts
- Flexibility to work according to the kitchen roster is required
