An established commercial builder is looking for a Contract Administrator to join its NSW project delivery team.

You’ll work as part of an experienced project team alongside Project Managers, Construction Managers, Project Engineers and support staff, delivering projects generally ranging from $2M–$25M.

The Projects
This is a varied role where you won’t be tied to one type of construction. Projects include:

- New-build emergency services facilities, including ambulance and fire station projects
- Education projects, including school and TAFE upgrades
- Healthcare and medical facilities
- Commercial office fit-outs and refurbishments
- Industrial and commercial construction
- Complex live-workplace refurbishment and fit-out projects

Current/recent work includes the $10.6M design and construction of two new NSW Ambulance stations incorporating ambulance parking, vehicle wash bays, training and meeting rooms, gyms, offices and operational facilities.

The wider portfolio also includes the $7M TAFE refurbishment, involving three separate specialist education areas covering manufacturing, robotics, science and 3D design.





Their fit-out experience ranges from corporate and commercial projects through to technically complex environments, including a $14M, 12,000m² staged fit-out delivered within a live environment.

The Role You’ll get involved across the full commercial function, including:

- Subcontractor procurement and letting packages
- Progress claims and variations
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Contract administration and project documentation
- Subcontractor accounts
- Working closely with the PM and site team throughout delivery

What You Need

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ Contract Administration experience
- Commercial builder/head contractor experience
- Strong communication and commercial skills
- Ambition to progress your career
