They operate with additional staff on hand all the time working with smaller ratios that the legislation requires. This Centre is calm, purposeful and offers intentional teaching across all of our rooms with a play-based practice.

- Must have experience as an Educational Leader mentoring Educations
- A growth mindset, with the view to continue to improve and develop their pedagogy and practice.
- A can do attitude with the ability to be innovative with curriculum.
- Able to passionately work within their philosophy.
- Off the floor role
- Diploma (must be working towards ECT) or ECT welcome to apply
