To be successful, you will have the following:

- Degree qualifications in construction management or equivalent
- 10+ years contracts administrator experience with a reputable company
- Strong commercial acumen
- Exposure to multi residential projects over $50m
- Ideally, previous experience working with a Tier 1 or upper-Tier 2 builder, with exposure to complex and high-value construction projects

You will play a key role as a Senior Contract Administrator on a prestigious $90M residential development in Brisbane CBD, comprising two contemporary eight-storey towers thoughtfully integrated with a restored heritage-listed residence from the 1870s.

You will report directly to the Project Manager and you will have the support of other CA's and administrative support.

Ideal candidates will have experience in mid to upper-tier construction projects and a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes
