ConsultANZ is looking for a driven and experienced Piling Project Manager with proven expertise in CFA, Bored, Driven, and Diaphragm Wall foundations to lead major infrastructure works across Queensland.

About You

- 8+ years’ hands-on experience in piling across large-scale civil projects
- Strong technical knowledge of modern piling and ground engineering methods
- Skilled in preparing site documentation, reports, and technical deliverables
- Confident leader with a collaborative approach and results-driven mindset
- Highly organized with strong planning and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with engineers and site teams to ensure accurate delivery of piling activities
- Ensure all works meet project specs, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Oversee temporary works installation and enforce on-site HSE compliance
- Prepare short-term programs aligned with project schedules
- Develop method statements and conduct risk assessments as needed
- Monitor and report variations and extra works for monthly valuations




- Maintain detailed site records and daily progress updates
- Keep all project documentation well-organized and compliant

Requirements

- 8+ years’ post-grad experience in civil or geotechnical engineering
- Degree-qualified in civil engineering or related field
- Proven background in self-perform piling projects in Australia or NZ
- Solid understanding of ground engineering principles and construction practices
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
