About the Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Delivery Consultant to lead the shaping and delivery of SAP transformation initiatives from early opportunity qualification through implementation and transition to support.

This is a senior, client-facing role combining SAP project management, presales leadership, solution architecture and commercial acumen. You will work across sales, consulting, architecture and delivery teams to translate customer objectives into technically coherent, commercially viable and executable solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Lead solution shaping and delivery for assigned SAP opportunities and projects.
- Translate business requirements into coherent SAP solution concepts, delivery roadmaps and implementation approaches.
- Present solutions, delivery approaches, roadmaps and commercial assumptions to customer executives and technical stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted adviser by connecting business strategy, SAP capabilities, architecture decisions and delivery realities.
- Lead discovery workshops to establish business drivers, desired outcomes, scope boundaries, critical requirements and success measures.
- Maintain awareness of SAP product strategy, cloud offerings, industry solutions, reference architectures and emerging technologies
- Direct project teams across functional, technical, data, integration, testing, change, training and deployment workstreams.

About You:

You are a senior SAP professional who can operate comfortably across strategy, architecture, presales and delivery. You bring the commercial awareness to understand what makes an SAP solution viable, alongside the delivery discipline to ensure commitments can be executed successfully.





You are confident engaging with C-suite stakeholders and technical teams alike, able to facilitate complex discussions, challenge assumptions constructively and bring diverse teams together around a clear solution and delivery approach.

You are commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable taking ownership of ambiguity, risk and complex transformation initiatives from early-stage opportunity through to successful implementation.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

- SAP project or program management experience, preferably across S/4HANA, cloud, hybrid or complex transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to presales, ROM, RFI, RFP, proposal and statement-of-work activities.
- Proven ability to lead customer discovery, solution shaping, architecture discussions and implementation planning.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
- Robust executive communication, facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to balance customer value, architecture integrity, delivery feasibility and commercial outcomes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform, integration and related SAP cloud solutions is highly desirable.
