The Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic CAD/CNC Programmer to join our Wacol branch in a permanent, full-time role. You’ll ensure accurate and effective programming for CNC machinery, working closely with our production and sales teams to meet customer needs.

What you’ll do:

- Prepare and optimise nesting programs for CNC machinery
- Collaborate with Scheduler & Processing Supervisor to prioritise work
- Liaise with Sales and customers on drawings and specifications
- Interpret engineering/structural drawings for production
- Maintain accuracy,



efficiency, and safety in all programming tasks

What we’re looking for:

- Previous structural steel programming software experience (highly regarded)
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Steel industry experience (preferred, not essential)
