We serve diverse industries, including furniture, upholstery, caravans, marine, curtains, blinds, picture framing, and bedding. We are looking for a reliable and experienced CNC Operator to join our team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys variety. Along with CNC operation, you will also assist the team with general storework.

About the Role

Operate and set up CNC machinery to produce customer foam profiles.

Operate a vertical saw for laminate cutting

Create foam templates for new customer orders

Read and interpret drawings, measurements and job specifications

Check finished products for accuracy and quality

Complete general storework, including receiving, picking and moving stock





Measure, cut and handle materials safely and accurately

Maintain stock control and remain organised in a safe work area

Work with the team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

About You

Ability to read technical drawings and accurately follow measurements

Experience with cutting machinery or a vertical saw is highly regarded

Must have a forklift licence or be willing to obtain one

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Positive understanding of workplace health and safety

Reliable, practical and willing to get involved across the business

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude with a genuine interest in building a long-term career.
